Operation Theatre – surgical
Our operation theatre at Jay-Anand Hospital equipped with Hi-tech facilities and state-of-the-art Instruments with modern Medio technical, Surgical, and Monitoring facilities that ensure the safety of our patients. Operation theatre is the heart of any hospital and it should be packed with all basic facilities to perform a successful surgery. Operation theatre at Jay-Anand Hospital coupled with all modern devices and facilities relevant to the Cardiac issue.
Our operation theatre consists of four zones based on varying degrees of cleanliness, in which the bacteriological count progressively diminishes from the outer to the inner zones (operating area) and is maintained by a differential decreasing positive pressure ventilation gradient from the inner zone to the outer zone.
It includes: Change rooms for all medical and paramedical staff with conveniences, Transfer cubicle for patient, material & equipment space, Chambers for administrative staff, Stores & records preserving room, Pre & post-operative areas, I.C.U. and P.A.C.U., Sterile stores specifically the clean zone connects protective zone to aseptic zone. Aseptic zone – Enters operation rooms (sterile), Disposal zone – Disposal areas from each OR & passage lead to disposal zone.
